By using a-b.beauty and AB Beauty services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
• We provide professional beauty services: permanent makeup, brows, lips, waxing, laser, paraffin and curated packages.
• Website prices are indicative; final price is confirmed at the studio before treatment.
2. Bookings
• Online or chatbot booking generates a unique confirmation code (AB-XXXX-XXXX).
• Booking remains "pending" until the studio confirms by phone or WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for accurate details (name, phone, date, time).
3. Cancellation & changes
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may shorten service time or require rebooking.
• No-shows without notice may be charged or limit future bookings.
4. Payment
• Payment at the studio: cash or card, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Invoices issued on request and as required by law.
5. Health & liability
• Inform staff of allergies, pregnancy, medication or skin conditions before treatment.
• Permanent makeup results depend on skin, aftercare and individual factors.
• The studio is not liable for unforeseen reactions if health information was withheld.
6. Intellectual property
• Logos, photos, text and website design belong to AB Beauty. Unauthorised copying is prohibited.
7. Governing law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
