Where is the studio located?
AB Beauty is in Prizren, Tirana Street. Book online and receive exact directions when your appointment is confirmed.
How do I book a service?
Use the "Book" section, choose service, date and time. You will receive a unique code (AB-XXXX-XXXX). You can also book via the chatbot in the navbar.
How do I book an offer/package?
Go to Offers, click "Reserve package" and complete the booking form.
How do I check my booking?
At the bottom of the Book section, enter your reservation code to see status.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Contact us at least 24 hours before via phone or WhatsApp. No-shows may incur additional terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and card at the studio. Invoice on request.
Do you offer permanent makeup?
Yes — microblading, powder brows, combo brows, eyeliner, lips and more. See the full list under Services.
How long does a session take?
Depends on the service (30–120 min). Duration is shown during booking.
